Become a Resident Assistant (RA)
- RAs create a low-pressure, supportive community where student residents feel welcomed and safe. RAs receive extensive training that allows them to handle a wide variety of situations and point students to the campus resources they need. They also develop interactive social and educational programs for their residents on a monthly basis.

Become a Sustainability Mentor (SM)
- Interested in environmental studies, life sciences, and conservation? Sustainability Mentors are peer educators who develop bi-weekly interactive programs for a residence hall around environmental and conservation topics they are passionate about.
- Sustainability Mentors are paid hourly for programming and receive a ¼ room rate reduction.
Become an Academic Peer Advocate (APA)
- Academic Peer Advocates are peer assistants who develop bi-weekly, study/learning-focused programs and support systems for their assigned residence hall.
- Academic Peer Advocates are paid hourly for programming and receive a ¼ room rate reduction.
Hourly Positions
- Night Host (NH): Night Hosts staff the front desk from 11:45 PM to 3:00 AM each night, assisting residents and the RA on duty in overseeing building safety and resident wellbeing.
- Student Sustainability Assistant (SSA): It's straightforward, physical work with a reliable schedule. The SSA role is ideal if you want a job that stays completely separate from your residential/academic life.
