Cost of Living on Campus

The cost of living on campus is broken down into three categories:

  • Room Rate
  • Meal Plan
  • Associated Fees for Residential Students

Below you will find a detailed outline of what is included in each of these categories and typical Total Cost of Living on Campus.

Room Rates (2026-2027)

The student room rate includes use of and access to furnishings, amenities, staffing, and services provided within each campus residence.

  • Each bedroom is furnished with no less than one closet or wardrobe, a bed, a dresser, a desk, and a chair per each occupant. All rooms have floor lamps or ceiling lights. Window blinds and mirrors are also standard furnishings.
  • Laundry rooms are located in each residence hall.
  • Single-gender restrooms or all-gender, single-user restrooms are provided on each floor; apartments include semi-private bathrooms.
  • Lounges are available throughout each residence hall to help meet the academic and social needs of our residential students.
  • All residence halls have kitchens or kitchenettes capable of warming light meals and preparing snacks.
  • Bathrooms and common areas in each residence hall are cleaned by building cleaning staff every weekday. Upkeep and cleaning of bathrooms and interior common areas within individual Alumni Commons student apartments are the shared responsibility of the assigned residents.
